前列腺癌有哪些分型

前列腺癌可分為：潛伏型、臨床型、隱蔽型。不同的分型癥狀表現(xiàn)與嚴(yán)重程度有所不同。
　　1、潛伏型
　　潛伏型前列腺癌為早期前列腺癌病癥較輕，不會有明顯癥狀表現(xiàn)，也未發(fā)生轉(zhuǎn)移。瘤體主要以隱藏性為特點。
　　2、臨床型
　　臨床性前列腺癌局部癥狀表現(xiàn)較為突出，瘤體已經(jīng)入侵身體其他各部位器官但是未發(fā)生轉(zhuǎn)移。患者常有尿頻、尿急、排尿困難、尿不盡等泌尿系統(tǒng)感染性癥狀。應(yīng)該與其他泌尿外科疾病相鑒別。
　　3、隱蔽型
　　隱蔽性前列腺癌較為少見，前列腺原發(fā)性病灶膠少不容易被發(fā)現(xiàn)，但是該種類型前列腺癌在發(fā)病早期即可發(fā)生轉(zhuǎn)移。多數(shù)患者發(fā)生病情時，癌細(xì)胞已經(jīng)通過血液淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移到神經(jīng)、骨骼、肝臟等其他部位與器官。
