偏執(zhí)性精神障礙會不會遺傳要根據實際誘因而定。若是由于先天性遺傳因素所致則具有遺傳性；若是由于后天性因素所致，則不具有遺傳性。
1、先天性因素
偏執(zhí)性精神障礙屬于常見的偏執(zhí)類精神疾病，該種疾病發(fā)生于某些先天性因素有關。若是有先天性因素引起的偏執(zhí)性精神障礙，具有一定遺傳性。父母雙方或一方患有偏執(zhí)性精神障礙，子女患有該病的幾率要高于正常人3~5倍。
2、后天性因素
偏執(zhí)性精神障礙，也可能是由于其他后天性因素所致。精神刺激、社會心理因素都是其常見的誘因，對于這些后天性因素所致的偏執(zhí)性精神障礙，不具有遺傳性，不會傳染給下一代。通過系統(tǒng)性治療，避免誘發(fā)因素影響即可痊愈。
