尖銳濕疣可通過直接性接觸和間接接觸傳播，與尖銳濕疣患者發(fā)生關(guān)系后，病毒從破損粘膜部位進入體內(nèi)導(dǎo)致感染，若間接接觸被感染者觸碰過物品，易感染。
一、性接觸傳播
尖銳濕疣主要傳播途徑是性接觸傳播，如肛交、口交、性交等，與患尖銳濕疣患者發(fā)生關(guān)系，HPV病毒通過受損皮膚、粘膜皮層進入人體內(nèi)部感染疾病，其潛伏期在5周到5個月左右，潛伏期無明顯癥狀，病發(fā)后生殖器有明顯疣體出現(xiàn)。
二、間接接觸感染
HPV病毒感染力極強，除直接性接觸傳播外，正常人接觸被污染物品，易感染HPV病毒，如日常生活用品、貼身衣物、浴巾等，若接觸被污染物品后，再觸摸陰部、頭皮、腋下、口腔等部位，易感染。
