內(nèi)痔有哪些后遺癥

內(nèi)痔治療得當(dāng)一般不會(huì)遺留后遺癥，治療不當(dāng)可引起：尿潴留、肛門狹窄、肛門失禁、術(shù)后出血。
1、尿潴留
尿潴留是常見的痔瘡手術(shù)后遺癥一般是由于手術(shù)時(shí)麻醉應(yīng)用不當(dāng)所致。癥狀較輕，在術(shù)后3~5天可逐漸恢復(fù)正常；癥狀較嚴(yán)重則需要進(jìn)行導(dǎo)尿術(shù)。
2、肛門狹窄
醫(yī)生技術(shù)不佳或手術(shù)時(shí)操作不當(dāng)，手術(shù)部位會(huì)形成疤痕組織而誘發(fā)肛門狹窄。肛門狹窄會(huì)影響肛門正常生理功能，需要再次手術(shù)。
3、肛門失禁
在手術(shù)當(dāng)中僅切除一次括約肌，肛門松弛較為嚴(yán)重，可造成肛門失禁。
4、術(shù)后出血
肛門受到創(chuàng)傷容易出血。有些患者在做痔瘡手術(shù)時(shí)，結(jié)札的粗血管松弛，在術(shù)后會(huì)出現(xiàn)持續(xù)性出血液。
