痤瘡是怎么傳播的

痤瘡沒有傳播性，不會傳染。此病是一種慢性炎癥皮膚病，主要與皮脂腺分泌過多、內(nèi)分泌因素、細(xì)菌感染等有關(guān)。
　　1、皮脂腺分泌過多
　　青春期后體內(nèi)雄性激素分泌旺盛，促進(jìn)皮脂腺發(fā)育，分泌大量皮質(zhì)，一旦毛囊皮脂腺導(dǎo)管角化異常，造成導(dǎo)管堵塞，皮脂無法正常排出，易形成痤瘡。
　　2、內(nèi)分泌因素
　　青春期時體內(nèi)雄性激素分泌過旺，因不良的飲食、生活習(xí)慣，如經(jīng)常熬夜、吃過于油膩、辛辣刺激性等食物，導(dǎo)致內(nèi)分泌失調(diào)，易發(fā)痤瘡。
　　3、細(xì)菌感染
　　早期粉刺沒有做好日常護(hù)理，皮膚清潔不到位，或使用刺激性的洗護(hù)用品等，當(dāng)細(xì)菌感染時，易導(dǎo)致痤瘡加重。
