輕度胃穿孔可選擇質(zhì)子泵抑制劑、h2受體拮抗劑、復(fù)合b族維生素、抗生素等保守治療，嚴(yán)重胃穿孔應(yīng)手術(shù)治療。
　　輕度胃穿孔可藥物保守治療。如保護(hù)胃腸道黏膜藥物，常用為質(zhì)子泵抑制劑、h2受體拮抗劑、復(fù)合b族維生素等治療。期間可口服抗生素治療，有助于預(yù)防細(xì)菌感染。若穿孔較大，癥狀較嚴(yán)重，單純藥物治療無法控制病情，應(yīng)手術(shù)治療。
　　暴飲暴食、食用生冷刺激性食物不利于胃穿孔恢復(fù)?；疾『笠倭慷嗖停x擇清淡、易消化食物，保持精神舒暢。
