梅毒的早期癥狀有哪些

梅毒在早期癥狀主要是硬下疳，直徑一般是1~2厘米。部分患者在腹股溝處還會(huì)出現(xiàn)淋巴結(jié)腫大現(xiàn)象，數(shù)量、大小不等。
　　1、硬下疳
　　早期梅毒通常都是出現(xiàn)在不潔性生活后2~3周，通常是生殖器部位。男性會(huì)在陰莖包皮、冠狀溝以及系帶等部位出現(xiàn)硬下疳，直徑大概是1~2厘米，呈圓形或橢圓形，稍高于皮膚表面。出現(xiàn)輕度糜爛或淺潰瘍癥狀，有少許分泌物，通常呈現(xiàn)出肉紅色或暗紅色，沒(méi)有痛癢感覺(jué)，有軟骨樣硬度。
　　2、淋巴結(jié)腫大
　　梅毒發(fā)病早期在腹股溝處可能有淋巴結(jié)腫大現(xiàn)象，會(huì)侵犯多個(gè)淋巴結(jié)。數(shù)量為多個(gè)，大小不等，一般是豌豆大小至蠶豆大小，活動(dòng)性，質(zhì)地尚可。
