痤瘡能自愈嗎

痤瘡病情較輕時，有可能慢慢自行消退；如果痤瘡嚴(yán)重，一般無法自愈，需要及時應(yīng)用藥物或選擇激光、果酸換膚等方法治療。
　　一、輕度痤瘡可以自愈
　　痤瘡是因為皮脂腺分泌過于旺盛，毛囊堵塞出現(xiàn)的一種慢性炎癥性皮膚病。痤瘡病情較輕，在日常生活中注意清淡飲食，避免吃辛辣刺激、肥甘油膩食物；做好面部衛(wèi)生工作，避免毛孔堵塞；早睡早起，保證充足睡眠等，一般痤瘡可以慢慢自行消退。
　　二、重度痤瘡無法自愈
　　痤瘡比較嚴(yán)重，一般無法自愈，需要積極治療，否則出現(xiàn)膿皰、結(jié)節(jié)、膿腫、囊腫性痤瘡，痤瘡消退后也會留下凹陷性或增生性的瘢痕，非常影響美觀。嚴(yán)重痤瘡可以應(yīng)用藥物治療，也可以選擇激光、果酸換膚等方法治療，并在日常生活中多注意。
