母乳性黃疸能自愈嗎

母乳性黃疸病情較輕，有可能自行消退；母乳性黃疸出現(xiàn)并發(fā)癥時，不能盲目等待自愈，需積極治療。
一、輕度母乳性黃疸有可能會自愈
母乳性黃疸較輕，患兒精神狀態(tài)較好，一般可以暫時不治療。多喝水排泄，必要時暫停母乳喂養(yǎng)，大概持續(xù)兩周左右，黃疸會慢慢自行消退。
二、重度母乳性黃疸不能自愈
母乳性黃疸非常嚴重，呈逐漸加重狀態(tài)，不但有皮膚、鞏膜、尿液發(fā)黃表現(xiàn)，還出現(xiàn)嚴重高膽紅素血癥、膽紅素腦病等并發(fā)癥，此時不能盲目等待自愈，最好能積極治療，否則對患兒大腦發(fā)育、身體健康都會造成很大危害。治療時除了暫停母乳喂養(yǎng)外，服用退黃藥物或采取光療等方法，促使黃疸盡快消退。
