非霍奇金淋巴瘤嚴重嗎

非霍奇金淋巴瘤為惡性程度較高腫瘤，較為嚴重，可誘發(fā)其它腫瘤、腫瘤溶解綜合征、嗜血細胞綜合征、周圍神經(jīng)病變等并發(fā)癥，危害性較大。
1、其它腫瘤
非霍奇金淋巴瘤可誘發(fā)甲狀腺癌、腦腫瘤等其他腫瘤疾病，究其原因與長期應(yīng)用化療藥物有關(guān)。
2、腫瘤溶解綜合征
腫瘤細胞自行溶解或經(jīng)過放化療誘發(fā)癌細胞死亡。細胞死亡后，大量物質(zhì)釋放到血液，超過人體自我調(diào)節(jié)功能，合并高鉀血癥、高尿酸血癥、高氮質(zhì)血癥等腫瘤溶解綜合征。
3、嗜血細胞綜合征
T/NK細胞淋巴瘤可發(fā)生細胞功能障礙，T淋巴細胞活躍度增加，大量細胞因子釋放到血液，造血功能受到抑制，患者出現(xiàn)發(fā)熱、凝血功能障礙、肝功能損害等癥狀表現(xiàn)。
4、周圍神經(jīng)病變
周圍神經(jīng)病變更為常見，其誘因與病毒感染、經(jīng)壓迫或放化療副作用有關(guān)?？蓪?dǎo)致運動大腦或坐骨神經(jīng)病變，臨床表現(xiàn)復(fù)雜。
