脊髓型頸椎病手術(shù)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分為全身風(fēng)險(xiǎn)和局部風(fēng)險(xiǎn)，全身風(fēng)險(xiǎn)主要是麻醉的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)，麻醉的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)時(shí)患者可能會(huì)由于麻醉藥物過敏，或者患者有全身其他的合并癥。還有是在手術(shù)當(dāng)中大出血而導(dǎo)致的失血性休克、死亡，也屬于全身風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的一部分，但這種情況發(fā)生率也很低。
局部風(fēng)險(xiǎn)是在脊髓型頸椎病做手術(shù)時(shí)，可能會(huì)導(dǎo)致脊髓、神經(jīng)的損傷，往往與手術(shù)操作、技術(shù)、器械等有關(guān)，但是脊髓神經(jīng)損傷出現(xiàn)不可逆性癱瘓的幾率目前也較低。另外，局部風(fēng)險(xiǎn)還有傷口感染、傷口愈合不良、內(nèi)固定材料的松脫等現(xiàn)象。
