聲帶息肉總是干咳嗎

聲帶息肉患者臨床上主要表現(xiàn)為持續(xù)性的聲音嘶啞，通過(guò)檢查可以發(fā)現(xiàn)一側(cè)聲出現(xiàn)息肉狀的隆起。一般而言，聲帶息肉患者出現(xiàn)干咳的癥狀是相對(duì)少見(jiàn)的，但是一些較大的聲帶息肉，突出于聲門上或者是聲門下，刺激咽喉部的粘膜或者是氣道出現(xiàn)干咳的情況，這是聲帶息肉本身所出現(xiàn)的干咳的癥狀。一些聲帶息肉患者同時(shí)伴有上氣道的過(guò)敏，或者有反流性的疾病也，就是存在胃酸的咽喉反流，刺激咽喉部的粘膜，也會(huì)出現(xiàn)干咳的情況。
總而言之，聲帶息肉患者出現(xiàn)干咳的情況是相對(duì)少見(jiàn)的，往往是由于聲帶息肉伴隨其他的疾病出現(xiàn)干咳的癥狀。
